These Fulfillment Policies outline how orders, deliveries, cancellations, and refunds are handled by mix-premium.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”).


1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time may vary depending on item availability or customization requirements.
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional production time. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or communicated via email.

1.2 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver to the address indicated at checkout.
  • Delivery timeframes depend on your location and product type. Standard delivery time ranges from [5–7 business days].
  • Large furniture items will be delivered by freight or white-glove delivery partners.
  • Delivery appointments for larger items may be scheduled in advance. The customer must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

1.3 Delivery Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits through doorways, elevators, and access areas.
  • If delivery fails due to access issues or the customer being unavailable, redelivery fees may apply.

1.4 Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect items upon delivery.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue according to our warranty/return policy.

2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility

Refunds or returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

To request a refund or return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds and returns will not be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized furniture
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or are no longer in original condition
  • Clearance or final sale items

Shipping fees and delivery costs are non-refundable.

2.3 Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, funds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For returns, items must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Return shipping or pickup fees may apply, unless the issue is our mistake.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the item has entered processing or manufacturing.

3.2 Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture

  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

3.3 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under the Refund Policy.
