We aim to provide a high-quality digital service, and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
Because our products and services are digital and/or subscription-based, our refund rules are outlined clearly below.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- A technical issue prevents access to the purchased service or content, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment, wrong plan, etc.).
- Your payment was processed without your authorization.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot or evidence if possible
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Failure to use or access the purchased service/content
- Subscription renewals not canceled before the next billing date
- Digital downloadable files or content that has already been accessed or viewed
Once access is granted (download, streaming, or usage), the sale becomes final and non-refundable unless it falls under the eligible refund cases above.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.
- Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Stripe / PayPal).
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, your account may be suspended and access to content or services revoked.
We encourage you to reach out to us so we can resolve any billing issue directly.
